So it needs to be gone before then or it will be broken down for firewood but hoping the person who brought it will come and get it but if it sells and is picked up in the mean time then we are happy... IT CAN BE CRANED/HIAB OUT IF NEEDED I'm there to help, it can also be took down by hand if preferred in sections... It can also be turned back in to a shed with ease.... Everything in the photo's is included in the sale apart from the fruit machine.

We paid just over twice what we are asking just for the shed it's self new. Not long ago plus what the rest of it cost to get it where it is now, So we won't take any less and its just hit a year old and it's had a much better roof fitted and that wasn't cheap meant to last 20-years. Look around you won't get anything like this for what we are asking. We will just keep it for a storage area if we keep getting our time wasted with stupid offers... Hi people here's our bar.

It's really nice and it's definitely a one off as we built it in lockdown due to being bored but we have had plenty of parties the neighbours love it family and friends do to, we have had some fun in it, all lights up etc very cosy with the fire is going. It has a burner, proper rockstar fridge, TV, has led lighting remote control, has loads going for it, sits about 10 people easy, has glitter and cloth ceiling, wooden floor beer pumps, the front window has all different settings on it you can have it all the way down and put food on it etc it needs to be seen to be honest the photos don't do it any justice looks brilliant in person the winner will love it.. It has its own floor as well we paid extra for that.

Has a proper felt roof wasn't cheap. The bar its self is about a year old. It's on a concrete slab. It can be taken down in sections and cut the roof in half then you can reseal it with a blowtorch.
